Greetings.

Now each day as we leave our flat we are greeted by these four beautiful flowers. Somebody told me once before the name of them but I forgot. Like all pictures, seeing them in person is much better.

After one conversation at 9AM we had a musli breakfast and then studied Spanish for an hour. Joan is getting better, speaking answers to questions more quickly and remembering more. She is happy with her progress and that is the main thing. We have a 36 lesson set on DVD and now we're on lesson 25. When we finish with this we will return to the lessons of Oskar because the Pimsleur course we are using now is too expensive to buy the next level.  My Spanish conversation partner has disappeared due to health problems with her father and I hope they will be resolved soon.  She was fun to talk with.

We took a walk today to the new park they are in the process of building close to us to see what progress has been made. It's small but still nice. I have no idea what they will do with the area where they removed most of the trees but we'll see. Pictures in the slideshow.
