Kakistocracy.

As the "event" of January 20th approaches it is time to add a new word to your vocabulary.....Kakistocracy.  It is a term meaning a state or country run by the worst, least qualified, or most unscrupulous citizens. The word was first coined by English author Thomas Love Peacock in 1829, but was rarely used until the 21st century. Now it seems appropriate to start using it.

I spent a few hours trying to get luggage and reserved seating added to our flight to Spain to no avail. After waiting half an hour for Live Chat on Ryanair, the information they gave me was useless. I did the same thing yesterday, followed their advice and it didn't work. Today they kept telling me their website was working but I tried it three times and although I could open it, when it came time to making the payment, nothing happened. I tried calling the airport here to talk to someone at Ryanair but, of course, there is no phone number on the internet. It always, still, amazes me at the inefficiency of businesses here, even international ones.

Zawsze i wciąż zadziwia mnie tutaj niekompetencja firm, nawet tych międzynarodowych.

Hi David and Joan, Now David you should neither be allowed to do the shopping or give political commentary
What is all this name calling, the term Kakistocracy was used against Obama when he first become President
(not a new term David used against the worst President in US history (Obama)
Has democracy disappeared in the US. The Clintons should both be in Jail today for there lies and deceit,
Did you know that the Clintons when they left the white house, stole, damaged and sabotaged property,
do a google search and read a 300 page government report.. lets give democracy a chance, please relax and enjoy the 20th...you will walk tall and proudly say yes I am a American...
    God Bless America

David, sorry I have to agree with anonymous. Even as he goes out the door his decisions are hurting our country - his recent commuting the sentence of he/she Manning. I consider you lucky not to have lived here during his 8 year "vacation". Everyone needs to give Trump a chance as we did Obama.
