I made a new dish for dinner, Peach Barrata Salad. Barrata is a type of cheese we don't have in Poznan so I substitued white cheddar cheese. It took over an hour to prepare it and 15 minutes to eat it.
It consists of peeled peaches and tomatoes, cheese slices broken into bits, 6 garlic cloves, sliced almonds although I crushed the almonds, and the dressing. That was made with olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and honey.
The combination of all those ingredients made the taste quite interesting. I will make it again, but not soon.
