Last Saturday, I wanted to take Joan out but there was a problem, the elevator didn't work. I went to security to tell them but they already knew. They said they would have it fixed. 2 hours later, still not fixed.
In the morning, I checked and still not fixed. I called Renata and she said it was Sunday and don't count on it being fixed. Monday morning I called Renata again to tell her and let her know Joan had a doctor appointment at 3 PM. She called the owner of the building, told her my problem. The owner said she would call the elevator company, have them take the part they needed from another building, and fix ours.
In the meantime, I called the clinic and rescheduled it for Tuesday.
