Spent much of the day studying and learning new words. Our commitment to learn 25 new words per week continues after the week off for vacation.
At 4PM I went to visit with cousin Cecylia Wi艣niewska and her husband, Leszek. They recently celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary. She is busy learning the Arabic language. During our conversation she told me about a restaurant called Ali Baba in Pozna艅 where the portions are so large that 2 people are needed to eat one dish. Plus if you go during the week between 12 & 2PM they offer a 30% discount. This is the first restaurant I have heard of with discounts. She and Leszek ate there and with the discount it only cost 13.75 zl. That's about $3USD. Leszek told me his idea of why the EU is not good for Poland and how it harms the economy of Poland. I took my laptop with me and showed them the pictures of our vacation because they don't have a computer and can't read or see our blog.
