Ada came today to sit with Joan for three hours while I went to take care of a few things like the appeal to the disability decision of Joan's condition.
I wrote the appeal following the guidelines and signed my name to it. When I arrived there, the security guard stopped me from entering until I explained I just wanted to drop off the appeal. She finally let me into the information place where a man checked to see if Joan was in the system. He then proceeded to tell me several things which I couldn't understand. I explained I had trouble understanding what he meant. He then took me to a machine to get a ticket for entrance to an office. Pointing to a wall at the end of a hallway, he said to watch the electronic sign and when my number appeared, it would tell me which cubicle to go to. Two people were ahead of me, however, it only was about a fifteen-minute wait.
At cubicle number three, a woman took the letter but at the end of it, started shaking her head. She began telling me a lot of information in Polish to which I replied I didn't understand her. It didn't stop her from speaking at me. Finally, after a few more times telling her I didn't understand, she, at last, slowed down enough and I understood the letter wasn't being excepted because Joan did not sign it even though I was the one who wrote it. My option was to drive back home, have Joan sign it, and return it by the 27th of January. I wasn't about to wait until that date so I drove home, Joan signed it and returned. Again the security guard told me to wait in line even though I just needed a new ticket. The line was for people going into the information office. I didn't need information, just a new ticket. When the man in front of me walked in, I followed him but went straight to the machine for a new ticket.
Immediately the security guard and the information person came up to me and told me to get back in line. You would think I was robbing them. A second guard came up, I told her I was there before and just needed a new ticket. She pressed the machine and told me to enter at the end of the hall when my number appeared, Once inside, they accepted the newly signed by Joan letter. I should have an answer in seven days. I hope.
The other event happened with our family doctor. On Monday and Tuesday, I sent a request for an appointment. When they didn't respond, I tried all day to call the clinic. Today, I went to the clinic and now have an appointment for tomorrow at 14:20(2:20 PM).
Napisa艂em odwo艂anie zgodnie z wytycznymi i podpisa艂em si臋 pod nim swoim nazwiskiem. Kiedy dotar艂em do biura, stra偶nik zatrzyma艂 mnie przed wej艣ciem, dop贸ki nie wyja艣ni艂em, 偶e chc臋 tylko podrzuci膰 odwo艂anie. Nast臋pnie zacz膮艂 m贸wi膰 mi kilka rzeczy, kt贸rych nie mog艂em zrozumie膰. Nast臋pnie zaprowadzi艂 mnie do automatu, gdzie mo偶na otrzyma膰 bilet na wej艣cie do biura. Wskazuj膮c na 艣cian臋 na ko艅cu korytarza, powiedzia艂, 偶ebym patrzy艂 na elektroniczny znak, a kiedy pojawi si臋 m贸j numer, powie mi, do kt贸rego boksu mam si臋 uda膰. Przede mn膮 by艂y dwie osoby, jednak oczekiwanie trwa艂o tylko oko艂o pi臋tnastu minut.
Nie przeszkodzi艂o jej to w m贸wieniu do mnie. W takiej sytuacji mog艂em wr贸ci膰 do domu, poprosi膰 Joan o podpis i odes艂a膰 pismo do 27 stycznia.
Nie mia艂em zamiaru czeka膰 do tej daty, wi臋c pojecha艂em do domu, Joan podpisa艂a i wr贸cilem do urz臋du. Ponownie stra偶nik kaza艂 mi czeka膰 w kolejce, mimo 偶e potrzebowa艂em tylko nowego biletu. Kolejka by艂a dla ludzi id膮cych do biura informacji.
Natychmiast podszed艂 do mnie ochroniarz i osoba udzielaj膮ca informacji i kazali mi wr贸ci膰 do kolejki. Mo偶na by pomy艣le膰, 偶e ich okradam. Podesz艂a inna stra偶niczka, powiedzia艂em jej, 偶e by艂em tu wcze艣niej i potrzebowa艂em tylko nowego biletu. Wcisn臋艂a maszyn臋 i kaza艂a mi wej艣膰 na koniec hali, gdy pojawi si臋 m贸j numer. Powinienem otrzyma膰 odpowied藕 w ci膮gu siedmiu dni. Mam nadziej臋.
Drugie zdarzenie mia艂o miejsce z naszym lekarzem rodzinnym. W poniedzia艂ek i wtorek wys艂a艂em pro艣b臋 o um贸wienie si臋 na wizyt臋. Kiedy nie odpowiedzieli, ca艂y dzie艅 pr贸bowa艂am dodzwoni膰 si臋 do przychodni.
He redactado la apelaci贸n siguiendo las directrices y he firmado con mi nombre. Luego procedi贸 a decirme varias cosas que no pude entender.
Deber铆a tener una respuesta en siete d铆as.
