Cheesecake.

Thanks Anna for letting me publish your family cheesecake receipe!

Dan Family Cheesecake

Crust: 13”x9 ¼” or 30 cm x 25 cm x 5 cm pan
8 Tablespoons butter
8 Tablespoons sugar
1 Egg
1 ½ cups sifted all purpose flour
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
Cream sugar and butter, add egg, flour and baking powder
Mix together until it forms soft ball
Spread dough with finger tips to fit entire pan

Cheesecake:
1 lb cream cheese-Kraft ( or kremowy serek)
4 eggs
1 ¼ cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups milk
1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
6 tablespoons flour
Cream cheese with sugar, add vanilla
Add eggs one at a time beating.
Add milk
Mix flour with little cheese mixture to make smooth and add to the bowel
Last add lemon juice with just 2 stirs
Sprinkle cinnamon on top (traditional)Bake in 350 degrees F or 175 degrees Celsius oven for 50 to 55 minutes

8 Łyżek stołowych cukru
1 Jajko
1 ½ filiżanki przesiały całej mące celu
1 Łyżeczki do herbaty Proszku do pieczenia
Śmietanki cukier i masło, dodają jajko, mąka i proszek do pieczenia
Mieszają się razem aż to będzie tworzyć miękką piłkę
Rozciągnęło ciasto z wskazówkami palca by odpowiedzieć całemu Sernikowi
rondla:
1 serek śmietankowy funta -Wytrzymały papier brązowy ( albo kremowy serek)
4 jajka
1 ¼ filiżanek cukier
1 ekstrakt z wanilii łyżeczki do herbaty
3 filiżanek mleko
1 ½ sok cytrynowy łyżek stołowych
6 łyżek stołowych Serka śmietankowego
mąki z cukrem, dodaje, że wanilia
Dodają jajka pojedynczo bijące.
Dodaj, że mleko
Mieszają mąkę z mało mieszaniną sera by zrobić gładki i dodać do kiszki
Ostatni dodają sok cytrynowy z właśnie 2 poruszeniami
Kropią cynamon na szczycie (tradycyjny)Pieką się w 350 stopni F albo 175 pieca stopni Celsjusza dla 50 do 55 minut

    I tried this recipe and it was absolutely delicious.

    I had gotten concerned at the large amount of milk in it -- 3 cups!! -- because all other cheesecake recipes I have only have sour cream, ricotta or cottage cheese, and cream cheese in the recipe... no plain milk.
    I worried that a mere 6 tablespoons of flour wouldn't be enough to thicken the filling adequately so I added an extra 2 tablespoons of flour.

    But not to worry, it thickened just fine and baked beautifully.

    It tastes quite different from the heavier cheesecakes that I'm used to -- but in a very, very good way.
