Test!

We arrived at Mickiewicz U. early and asked where the room was for the testing. Third Floor so we walked up the old spiral staircase to the room and found about 40, 20-25 year olds waiting to take the test. I felt as old as the building :=) Ten minutes later the teacher opened the doors and we were let into a semi-round, large room with desks going up in height with each row. The test was handed out and we began. It was just a story that you had to put words into with the right class ending, declension or conjugation. The second page was much more difficult and I felt lost and in the wrong place. I struggled with this page and half way through it went to the teacher to say that there was no way, as abeginner of the language, that I could understand or complete it. She looked confused and then told me that this test was for advanced students, a beginner couldn't possible complete this test. I showed her the email I had from the school telling us about the test and she told me it was a....mistake. We should have not received this notice. So I asked her when would beginner classes start and she said they would email to us in the next few days with the beginners class schedule and we would be in the false beginners class because we knew a little Polish and the "real" beginners class was for someone who knew nothing. Another case of inefficent administrative personnel.

The postman came today and gave us two more certified letters from the Immigration office that informed us that our documents of health insurance, finances and school acceptance had to be translated into the Polish language and resubmitted. They also wanted to see our passports although we showed them our passports the last time we were there. You would think they could have told us about translated papers the day we turned them in but that's not the way things work in Poland. I don't know if this will cause a delay in a residency cards or not. I do know that we have 31 days left until we either recieve our papers or we have to leave Poland and then return. Bureacracy is alive and well in Poland!!

Przybyliśmy do Mickiewicz U. wcześnie i poprosiliśmy gdzie pokój był dla testowania. Trzecia Podłoga tak weszliśmy na górę stare kręte schody do pokoju i znalezieni około 40, 20-25 roku olds czekającego by wziąć test. Poczułem się tak stary jak budowa :=) Dziesięć minut później nauczyciel otworzył drzwi i byliśmy pozwoleni do bliźniaka dookoła, duże miejsce z biurkami idącymi na górę w wysokości z każdym rzędem. Test był wydany i zaczęliśmy się. To było właśnie historia, która musiałeś położyć słowa do z prawą klasą kończącą się, deklinacja albo koniugacja. Druga strona była dużo bardziej trudna i poczułem się stracony i w niewłaściwym miejscu. Walczyłem z tą stroną i pół droga przez to prowadziła do nauczyciela by powiedzieć, że tam jest nie ma mowy, jak abeginner języka, że mógłbym zrozumieć albo uzupełnić to. Ona wyglądała zmieszana i wtedy powiedziała mi, że ten test jest dla zaawansowanych studentów, początkujący nie mógłby możliwego kompletnego ten test. Pokazałem jej email, który miałem ze szkoły mówiącej nam o teście i ona powiedziała mi to był a....mistake. Powinniśmy nie otrzymać tego zawiadomienia. Tak pytałem ją kiedy klasy początkującej zaczęłyby się i ona powiedziała, że oni będą email do nas w następnych kilku dniach z początkującymi klasowym planem i bylibyśmy w fałszywej początkujących klasie ponieważ znaliśmy trochę języka polskiego i "rzeczywista" początkujących klasa była dla kogoś, który nie znał niczego. Inny przypadek inefficent administracyjny personel.

Listonosz przyszedł dzisiaj i dał nas dwa więcej listów poleconych od biura Imigracji, które poinformowało nas, że nasze dokumenty ubezpieczenia zdrowotnego, finanse i szkolna akceptacja musiała być przetłumaczona do polskiego języka i resubmitted. Oni też chcieli zobaczyć nasze paszporty chociaż pokazaliśmy im nasze paszporty ostatnim razem byliśmy tam. Pomyślałbyś, że oni mogli powiedzieć nam o przetłumaczonym zawijają w papier dzień obróciliśmy ich w ale, które nie są rzeczy drogi pracują w Polsce. Nie wiem czy to spowoduje opóźnienie w rezydencji grępluje albo nie. Wiem, że każemy 31 dniom opuszczać aż do my albo recieve nasze papiery albo my musimy opuścić Polskę i wtedy wrócić. Bureacracy jest żywy i dobrze w Polsce!!
