Mushroom Soup receipe

Dried Mushroom Soup Zupa z Grzybow Suszonych

Ingredients: Skladniki

1 oz dried mushroom 1. 20 dkg suszonych grzybow
2 medium onions 2. 2 srednie cebule
1 leek small 3. 1 por
2 carrots 4. 2 marchewki
1 parsnip or parsley root 5. 1 pietruszka - korzen
7 cups water 6. 7 szklanek wody
1 tablespoon of butter 7. 1 lyzka stolowa masla
½ cup of sour cream 8. ½ szklanki smietany
2 tablespoons of flour 9. 2 lyzki stolowe maki
Salt and pepper to taste 10. sol i piperz do samku

Soak dried mushrooms for ½ hour and discard water
Namocz grzyby w wodzie przez ½ godziny
Place mushrooms and vegetables in pot large enough to hold 7 cups of water

Add salt and pepper to taste

Simmer mushrooms and vegetables for about 1 hour or until mushrooms are soft

Add butter
Dodaj maslo
Mix flour with ¼ cup of sour cream, break up all lumps
Wymieszaj make z ¼ szklanki smietany, rozbij dobrze make
Slowly add few tablespoons of hot soup liquid to flour – cream mixture, stirring all the time
Powoli dodaj kilka lyzek goracej zupy do maki ze smietana, mieszaj
Add rest of the sour cream and mix
Dodaj reszte smietany i ymieszaj
Add slowly to soup stirring all the time
Dodaj powoli do zupy i mieszaj caly czas
Adjust consistency of the soup by adding more flour – sour cream mixture
Jezeli zupa za rzadka to dodaj troche wiecej smietany z maka
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Dopraw do smaku sola i pieprzem
