Gabriela and Joan watched the movies, Million Dollar Baby, and, Secondhand Lions while I went out for three hours. I didn't have many "chores" to do so I spent some time in a park listening to "Big Sur" by Jack Kerouac on Audiobooks.
When I returned home I prepared the Gazpacho cold soup for dinner and Joan was in bed by 9:30.

Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out a successful operation near the occupied city of Tokmak in the Zaporizhia region, destroying a Russian freight train.
According to Petro Andryushchenko, head of the “Center for the Study of Occupation,” the train was loaded with fuel and various containers—possibly including military equipment. “The ‘bowling’ has begun—let’s see who can knock out more cars,” he wrote, noting the train had more than 40 wagons.
The strike occurred at 11:15 a.m., with Ukrainian forces reportedly splitting the train in half on the first hit.
The Southern Defense Forces played a key role in what Andryushchenko described as a “crushing blow” to enemy supply lines.
He added that photo and video evidence of the operation will be released soon, once security concerns are addressed. “It’s pure ecstasy,” he concluded. “You’re going to love it.” Source-Kyiv Post
