Paige was here and put Joan through the exercises to strengthen her legs. Each visit, we add a few more reps. to each exercise. Joan complains about it, but Paige can achieve it. There is more resistance when I try to do it.
While Paige was here, I managed to do the weekly food shopping. The cost this week was $56.

Russia launched a ballistic missile attack on Kyiv in the early hours of Tuesday, striking warehouse facilities at two locations in the Holosiivskyi district. Falling debris also ignited vehicles in Darnytskyi as air defenses operated over the capital.
Kyiv Post reporters heard an explosion even before air raid alerts sounded in Kyiv, after which the city’s air defense systems responded to the attack in the capital and other regions.
As many as eight explosions were registered across the city within a matter of minutes. Several reports indicate that Russia fired six to eight modified S-400 ballistic missiles at the capital.
EU ambassadors are racing to finalize the bloc’s 21st sanctions package before a key oil price cap deadline. Failure to reach a deal could automatically raise the cap on Russian oil, boosting Moscow’s export revenues amid ongoing disagreements among member states.
Various countries have objected to different parts and sought to water them down.
Bulgaria resisted placing Russian Orthodox Patriarch Kirill on the blacklist.
Diplomats said Germany objected to a ban on imports of Alaskan Pollock -- a fish widely used in children’s meals -- from Russia.
There was also a push to tone down a plan to impose a sweeping visa ban on any Russians who took part in the war in Ukraine.
