No luck!

Joan and I looked at a flat today that she liked so we are waiting now for the confirmation it will be ours. It is about as far from the center as ours is now. It is on the 5th floor, has underground parking, and an elevator from the parking area to our floor so it will be easy to take Joan outside. It is at the end of a street and next to it is a green area. There is a small balcony, half of the size we have now. Close by is a shopping center and it is closer to Sowa's. We are now waiting for the owner to accept our offer. It is a newer building complex(Osiedle) We will not have the convenience of just walking across the street to a bakery, post office, small food stores, or pharmacy but we will have an elevator which is more important now.

6PM..The owner decided to rent his flats to students.

It was so nice outside this morning that, after our visit, we stayed outside until 15:00(3 PM)

Joan i ja spojrzeliśmy dziś na mieszkanie, które jej się spodobało, więc czekamy teraz na potwierdzenie, że będzie nasze. Jest ono mniej więcej tak daleko od centrum, jak nasze jest teraz. Jest na 5 piętrze, ma podziemny parking i windę z parkingu na nasze piętro, więc łatwo będzie zabrać Joan na zewnątrz. Znajduje się na końcu ulicy, a obok jest zielony teren. Jest tam mały balkon, o połowę mniejszy niż mamy teraz. Niedaleko jest centrum handlowe i bliżej jest do Sowy. Czekamy teraz na akceptację naszej oferty przez właściciela. Jest to nowszy kompleks budynków (Osiedle). Nie będziemy mieli tej wygody, aby po prostu przejść przez ulicę do piekarni, poczty, małych sklepów spożywczych, czy apteki, ale będziemy mieli windę, co jest teraz ważniejsze.

6PM...Właściciel postanowił wynająć swoje mieszkania studentom.

Rano było tak ładnie na zewnątrz, że po naszej wizycie zostaliśmy na zewnątrz do 15:00 (3 PM).

Joan y yo hemos mirado hoy un piso que le ha gustado, así que ahora estamos esperando la confirmación de que será nuestro. Está más o menos tan lejos del centro como el nuestro ahora. Está en la 5ª planta, tiene aparcamiento subterráneo y un ascensor desde el aparcamiento hasta nuestra planta, así que será fácil llevar a Joan fuera. Está al final de una calle y al lado hay una zona verde. Hay un pequeño balcón, la mitad del tamaño que tenemos ahora. Cerca hay un centro comercial y está más cerca de Sowa's. Ahora estamos esperando que el propietario acepte nuestra oferta. Es un complejo de edificios nuevos (Osiedle) No tendremos la comodidad de cruzar la calle para llegar a una panadería, oficina de correos, pequeñas tiendas de alimentos, o farmacia, pero tendremos un ascensor que es más importante ahora.

6PM..El propietario ha decidido alquilar sus pisos a estudiantes.
