Rynek, shopping and soaps.

Beautiful snow fall last night into the morning and then it turned to rain about 1PM.  We managed to get  to the rynek to see the ice sculptures but unfortunately they were just beginning to make the really creative ones so I could just take a few pictures of the more easier ones to make.  It's interesting how the chain saw, a staple in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, is used to do this work.  Acturally there is a saw specialist and then a carver who does the intricate work as you can see in the slide show.  There's also a Christmas bazaar going on in the rynek at this time where you can buy some unique handmade ornaments and gifts.

After we left the rynek we went to Empik to get a present for young cousin Rózia's birthday on the 17th.  She'll be 9 years old.

From there we went back to Real to get a few more decorations and then home in time to watch our favorite soap opera, M Jak Milość. :-)

Piękne opady śniegu w nocy do rana, a potem zamieniła się w deszcz o 1PM. Udało nam się dotrzeć do Rynku, aby zobaczyć rzeźby z lodu, ale niestety były to po prostu zaczyna mieć naprawdę kreacyjnymi więc może po prostu zrobić kilka zdjęć z bardziej te łatwiejsze. To ciekawe, jak piły łańcuchowej, odcinkowych w Wyższym Półwyspie Michigan, zostanie użyte do tej pracy. Acturally nie jest specjalistą, a następnie zobaczył rzeźbiarz, który ma skomplikowanych prac, jak widać w pokazie slajdów. Istnieje również bazar Christmas dzieje się w rynek w tym czasie, gdzie można kupić ręcznie robione ozdoby, unikatowe i prezenty.


Po lewej stronie Rynku poszliśmy do Empiku dostać prezent na urodziny młodego kuzyna Rózia jest na 17. Będzie 9 lat.

Stamtąd wrócił do Realu, aby uzyskać kilka dekoracje i potem do domu na czas, aby obejrzeć nasze ulubione opery mydlanej, M jak Miłość. :-)
