Apteka:Final

Werrived at 14:00 to the clinic. 10 minutes later we entered the doctor's office to find yet another new doctor. This on looked even younger than the last. I gave her the translated paper with the reason why we were there. The discrepency in med prices was the problem.  She read the message, checked the price of the disputed medicines and said I was right. All of them should have been written as free meds except 2. The price went fromm 337 PLN to 125 PLN. I accepted that, took the new prescriptions and went back to the Apteka. I always keep a reserve of each med and checking what I have now, I will only need 2 refilled in 3 months time.

Back home, we watched the news of the war in Ukraine and then the political war in the U.S. The Presidency is still up for grabs and I find it hard to believe so many Americans are willing to vote for Trump after his first 4 years of daily chaos. I worry for Joan's adult kids and adult grandkids.

Meanwhile, in Ukraine;

 Russia’s war with Ukraine cannot be allowed to become another “frozen” conflict, Polish President Andrzej Duda said during his address to the 79th session of the UN General Assembly on Tuesday.

Neither Ukraine nor Russia have gained a strategic advantage in the war since it erupted following Russia’s full-scale invasion in February 2022. This has prompted speculation that possible plans for a ceasefire or peace agreement could lock the conflict down along the current battle lines in Ukraine.

Duda said: “This unprovoked aggression is destabilizing the region and posing a direct threat to the global order and security. We cannot allow this war to turn into another frozen conflict.

“This is the most important task for the future. Ukraine's territorial integrity must be restored within its internationally recognized borders,” he continued.

Duda added that the war in Ukraine needs to end, not just to ease the people’s suffering and hold Russia accountable but also to prevent these kinds of actions from becoming an example for others to imitate.

I disagree with you. We did not have chaos with Trump but we have had a horrible 4 years with Biden. It will continue if Kamala gets in. I am on social security and a small pension and my bills keep getting higher. Looking forward to a change.

Anonymous, 34 felony convictions, serious division of the country, home-remedy advice for Covid, alienating allies, disrespect to foreign leaders, American prisoner's of war, LGBTQ people, disabled people, installing people with no experience to high positions in the government, denying climate change, and calling Putin, Orban, and Kim Jung Un great leaders all qualify as the status of chaos.

Your bills keep getting higher because greed of companies taking advantage of consumers. Biden does not control the price of oil, food, or electricity. I seriously doubt your pension could be lower than mine. That is why I live in Poland now. If you are really looking for change, for the better, I suggest you vote for Harris. Thanks for your comment.
