Out with the old.

Out with the old train station in Poznań and the beginning of the new modern station, hopefully to be finished in the next year before the games begin.  It's gonna take a lot of work but the plans look good as well as the models.  At present, the station is one of the most depressing places in the city so it definitely needs changing.

I had the experience of an MRI today at a clinic on Obornicka street.  I had to remove all metal off my body, lay day on a long table on my back, put ear plugs in and then the table slowly entered into the machine.  Lights were inside so even though I was in a very confined area it was not uncomfortable.  The techincian said the machine would make a lot of noise and it did.  Each phase of the imaging had a different sound and rhythm so I concentrated on the rythm and made up songs to fit each one.  After 25 minutes I was pulled out of the tube and when asked how it was I said I liked the variety of the sounds and rhythms. The technician looked at me like I was crazy and said he never had anyone tell him they actually liked the experience.  I'll get the results from the test on next Tuesday, then see the neurologist on Wednesday for him to look at them.

Out starego dworca w Poznaniu i na początku nowej stacji nowoczesny, miejmy nadzieję, zakończy się w przyszłym roku przed rozpoczęciem Igrzysk. To zajmie dużo pracy, ale plany dobrze wyglądać jak również modele. Obecnie stacja jest jednym z najbardziej przygnębiających miejsc w mieście, więc na pewno zmieniających się potrzeb.


Miałem doświadczenie dzisiaj MRI w klinice przy ulicy Obornickiej. Musiałem usunąć wszystkie metalowe z mojego ciała, określają dzień na długim stole na plecach, włóż zatyczki do uszu w tabeli, a następnie powoli wprowadzane do maszyny. Światła były wewnątrz, mimo że był w bardzo ograniczonym obszarze nie było niewygodne. techincian powiedział, że maszyna robi dużo hałasu i tak się stało. Każdy etap przetwarzania obrazu miał inny dźwięk i rytm, więc koncentruje się na rytmie i składają się pieśni w celu dopasowania każdej z nich. Po 25 minutach byłem wyciągnięta z rury i na pytanie jak to powiedziałem, że lubi różne dźwięki i rytmy. Technik spojrzał na mnie jakbym był szalony i powiedział, że nigdy nie miał ktoś powiedzieć mu, że faktycznie lubi tego doświadczenia. Dostanę wyniki z testów na najbliższy wtorek, zapoznaj się z neurologiem w środę na niego patrzeć.
