Every appliance in our flat is new. When one of them doesn't work, I try to find out why. That is the case with our LG clothes washer. I have been using it with soap detergent and fabric softener since we moved in. A few days ago, I ran out of softener so I just used the detergent. A strange thing happened. It went through the wash cycle but when it got to the rinse/spin cycle it just stayed in that cycle and didn't finish. The only thing different was not using the softener. I tried other cycles and the same thing happened. Today I bought a softener, ran the normal program for washing and it worked the way it should have. It is almost like without using a softener it won't completely work. Is that possible?

Todos los electrodom茅sticos de nuestro piso son nuevos. Cuando uno de ellos no funciona, intento averiguar por qu茅. Ese es el caso de nuestra lavadora LG. La he utilizado con detergente y suavizante desde que nos mudamos. Hace unos d铆as, me qued茅 sin suavizante as铆 que s贸lo us茅 el detergente. Me ocurri贸 algo extra帽o. Pas贸 el ciclo de lavado, pero cuando lleg贸 al ciclo de aclarado y centrifugado se qued贸 en ese ciclo y no termin贸. Lo 煤nico diferente fue no usar el suavizante. Prob茅 con otros ciclos y pas贸 lo mismo. Hoy he comprado un suavizante, he puesto el programa normal de lavado y ha funcionado como deb铆a. Es casi como si sin usar el suavizante no funcionara del todo. ¿Es eso posible?
