Frustration 2

 I tried again to buy airplane tickets. Twice, this time, Citihandlowy said there was a technical problem and to try all over. After doing that, I called the helpline at Citihandlowy and was informed first, that I would have to pay now for a help phone call. That didn't make me too happy.

I agreed and waited a few minutes until someone answered. I told him the problem and was put on hold while he checked my account. Then, he told me to try 2 different ways to make the payment but each time they failed. again, I was put on hold and I could imagine what the phone charge would be for this "help". Finally, he came back and said it was an inter-departmental problem that would take a few days to fix. I said because it was their problem, I shouldn't have to pay for the phone call and he agreed not to charge me.

However, still I had no tickets. I checked the outgoing flights of Ryanair and decided to take Joan to the airport. Maybe I could actually buy tickets there. However, guess what? They have no office at the airport. I asked at the LOT airline office where I could buy Ryanair tickets. The woman pointed across the airport to Airline Services. We went there and a woman was able to get the tickets we wanted, finally.

Po wykonaniu tej czynno艣ci zadzwoni艂em na infolini臋 Citihandlowy i najpierw poinformowano mnie, 偶e b臋d臋 musia艂 zap艂aci膰 teraz za telefon pomocniczy. Nie ucieszy艂o mnie to zbytnio.

Zgodzi艂em si臋 i poczeka艂em kilka minut, a偶 kto艣 odbierze. Opowiedzia艂em mu o problemie i zosta艂em zawieszony, podczas gdy on sprawdzi艂 moje konto. Potem kaza艂 mi spr贸bowa膰 2 r贸偶nych sposob贸w dokonania p艂atno艣ci, ale za ka偶dym razem si臋 nie udawa艂o. Znowu zosta艂em zawieszony i mog艂em sobie wyobrazi膰, jaka b臋dzie op艂ata za telefon za t臋 "pomoc". W ko艅cu wr贸ci艂 i powiedzia艂, 偶e jest to problem mi臋dzy dzia艂ami, kt贸ry zajmie kilka dni, aby go naprawi膰. Powiedzia艂em, 偶e poniewa偶 to ich problem, nie powinienem p艂aci膰 za rozmow臋 telefoniczn膮, a on zgodzi艂 si臋 nie obci膮偶a膰 mnie kosztami.

Jednak nadal nie mia艂em bilet贸w. Sprawdzi艂em wychodz膮ce loty Ryanair i postanowi艂em zabra膰 Joann臋 na lotnisko. Mo偶e tam faktycznie uda mi si臋 kupi膰 bilety. Jednak, zgadnijcie co? Nie maj膮 biura na lotnisku. Zapyta艂em w biurze linii lotniczych LOT, gdzie mog臋 kupi膰 bilety Ryanair. Kobieta wskaza艂a na drug膮 stron臋 lotniska, do Airline Services. Poszli艣my tam i kobieta w ko艅cu za艂atwi艂a nam bilety, kt贸re chcieli艣my.
