After 1 week of gray, rainy skies, the sun was shining all day. Even with some problems walking, I just had to take Joan out of the flat to enjoy the day. It has been almost a week since the last time. Naturally, Sowa's was our destination. Joan had the chocolate cake and I had my favorite, Kajmarkowy.
We watched on YouTube's, 60-Minutes, videos about dementia in the over 90-year-old age group. There are 2 of them. One is from 2016 and the repeated study in 2020. They were informational for me.
Po tygodniu szarego, deszczowego nieba, przez cały dzień świeciło słońce. Nawet z pewnymi problemami z chodzeniem, po prostu musiałem zabrać Joan z mieszkania, aby cieszyć się dniem. Od ostatniego razu minął prawie tydzień. Oczywiście Sowa's był naszym celem. Joan zjadła ciasto czekoladowe, a ja mój ulubiony Kajmarkowy.
Obejrzeliśmy na YouTube, 60-Minutes, filmy o demencji w grupie wiekowej powyżej 90 lat. Są 2 z nich. Jeden pochodzi z 2016 roku, a drugi z 2020 roku. Były dla mnie pouczające.
