ONCE AGAIN!!

I mailed out the application for the IDL today and now just wait for it's return. I should have it back by August 1st. when my current one expires.

The day started out hot, 35c but in the afternoon a cold front moved in and now it is 22c. It is suppose to be 18c for the weekend and that is good because I will wear a suit for the wedding and don't want it to be hot. The place of the wedding mat be air conditioned but you cannot count on that in Poland, especially in older buildings.

A surprise phone call from the building administrator today to ask if she could come to our flat Friday morning with a repairman. It seems that, once again, for the 6th year in a row our balcony is leaking water when it rains into the flat below us. They have repaired it 6 times and still they cannot get it right.

 Wysłałem dzisiaj wniosek o IDL, a teraz po prostu czekam na jego powrót. Powinienem to mieć do 1 sierpnia. kiedy mój obecny wygasa.

Dzień zaczął się gorąco, 35c, ale po południu wprowadził się zimny front, a teraz jest 22c. Na weekend ma być 18c i to dobrze, ponieważ będę nosić garnitur na wesele i nie chcę, żeby było gorąco. Miejsce maty weselnej jest klimatyzowane, ale nie można na to liczyć w Polsce, zwłaszcza w starszych budynkach.

Niespodziewany telefon od administratora budynku, by zapytać, czy mogłaby przyjść do naszego płaskiego piątkowego poranka z technikiem. Wygląda na to, że po raz szósty z rzędu nasz balkon przecieka wodą, kiedy pada w mieszkaniu pod nami. Naprawili go 6 razy i nadal nie mogą tego naprawić.

 Envié la solicitud del IDL hoy y ahora solo espero su devolución. Debería tenerlo de vuelta antes del 1 de agosto. cuando mi actual expira

El día comenzó caliente, 35c pero por la tarde se movió un frente frío y ahora es 22c. Se supone que es 18c para el fin de semana y eso es bueno porque llevaré un traje para la boda y no quiero que esté caliente. El lugar de la estera de boda tiene aire acondicionado, pero no puede contar con eso en Polonia, especialmente en edificios más antiguos.

Una llamada sorpresa del administrador del edificio hoy para preguntar si podría ir a nuestro departamento el viernes por la mañana con un técnico. Parece que, una vez más, por sexto año consecutivo nuestro balcón está goteando agua cuando llueve en el piso debajo de nosotros. Lo han reparado 6 veces y todavía no pueden hacerlo bien.
