Special Assistance.

I made the arrangement with Ryanair for Special Assitance to help me get Joan through security and on and off the plane, going to and coming from Spain. It's a little difficult now for me handling the baggage, Joan and the wheelchair. I'm grateful they offer that service for free. I also checked-in for our flights leaving on the 21st and printed the boarding passes. Now it's just a matter of waiting 12 more days.

I heard a rumor that the city is considering building an overpass of the railroad tracks by our area in order to free up the traffic on that road. It used to be the main road to Berlin and many trucks still use it instead of using the tollway. Of course, it may take them ten years to actually do it. The tollway from the border to Konin is privately owned and the cost of using it is outrageous.

Umówiłem się z Ryanairem na specjalne wsparcie, aby pomóc mi przeprowadzić Joan przez ochronę, wsiadać i wysiadać z samolotu, jadąc do i przylatując z Hiszpanii. Trochę trudno jest mi teraz obchodzić się z bagażem, Joan i wózkiem inwalidzkim. Jestem wdzięczny, że oferują tę usługę za darmo. Odprawiłem również nasze loty odlatujące 21-go i wydrukowałem karty pokładowe. Teraz wystarczy tylko czekać jeszcze 12 dni.

Słyszałem pogłoskę, że miasto rozważa budowę wiaduktu torów kolejowych w naszym regionie, aby zwolnić ruch na tej drodze. Kiedyś była to główna droga do Berlina i wiele ciężarówek nadal z niej korzysta zamiast z płatnych dróg. Oczywiście może to zająć dziesięć lat. Opłata za przejazd od granicy do Konina jest własnością prywatną, a koszt jego użytkowania jest oburzający.
