It still goes on. Almost 7 months and still the "great" army of Russia had not defeated Ukraine. Overwhelmed by numbers yet Ukrainians fight on and recapture parts of their country. Both sides are supported by foreign countries that use this war to test new military equipment and weapons. It is a question of good vs. evil depending on which side you are on. There should be no doubt as to who are the evil ones. Russia's continued bombing of civilian targets, housing, schools, and barbarous massacre of civilians leaves no doubt they are the evil ones. The United States and Great Britain have failed miserably to keep their promise of protection to Ukraine. Of course, they supply a huge amount of weaponry to Ukraine, especially the U.S. However, it has not done enough to stop the carnage. But, enough about that.
The caregiver came today for 3 hours and I had time to go to the bank, Apteka, and store and even take a little walk in a cemetery. It was the cemetery close to where we first lived in Poznan 15 years ago. It has a lot of old trees that are very beautiful this time of year.
