We had a good evening last night. Rather than watching an old movie or series, we watched the Andrea Bocelli Portofino concert on the large screen via YouTube. He is much more than just the best opera tenor, He sang songs in six different languages and different styles.

I woke Joan up this morning after food shopping with Bocelli because outside it was a typical depressing winter day, total cloud cover, gray, and raining. I thought I would put some sunshine in her life with his music.

Food shopping, I spent another 150 PLN($44). I had to replace some standard things like paper towels, tissues, etc., things we use all the time. Usually, I make out the menu and shopping list on Wednesday night, wake up at 6:00, and go shopping while she sleeps. It didn't happen today because of my blocked ear. I didn't hear the alarm and woke up at 7:30. I dressed quickly, went shopping, and was home by 8:30.

Wczoraj mieliśmy dobry wieczór. Zamiast oglądać stary film lub serial, obejrzeliśmy przez YouTube na dużym ekranie  koncert Andrea Bocelli Portofino. On jest kimś więcej niż tylko najlepszym tenorem operowym, śpiewał piosenki w sześciu różnych językach i różnych stylach. 

Dziś rano, po powrocie z zakupów, obudziłem Joan Bocellim, ponieważ na zewnątrz był  typowy przygnębiający zimowy dzień, z całkowitym zachmurzeniem, szarością i opadami. Pomyślałem, że wniosę trochę słońca w jej życie dzięki jego muzyce. 

Na zakupy spożywcze, wydałem kolejne 150 zł ($44). Musiałem uzupełnić kilka standardowych rzeczy, jak ręczniki papierowe, chusteczki itp. rzeczy, których używamy przez cały czas. Zazwyczaj układam menu i listę zakupów w środę wieczorem, budzę się w czwartek o 6:00 i idę na zakupy, kiedy Joan śpi. Dzisiaj tak się nie stało z powodu mojego zatkanego ucha. Nie usłyszałem budzika i obudziłem się o 7:30. Szybko się ubrałem, poszedłem na zakupy i byłem w domu przed 8:30.

Anoche pasamos una buena velada. En lugar de ver una película o serie antigua, vimos el concierto de Andrea Bocelli en Portofino en la pantalla grande a través de YouTube. Es mucho más que el mejor tenor de ópera, cantó canciones en seis idiomas diferentes y en distintos estilos.

Desperté a Joan esta mañana después de comprar comida con Bocelli porque fuera era un típico día de invierno deprimente, totalmente nublado, gris y lloviendo. Pensé en poner un poco de sol en su vida con su música.

En la compra de alimentos, me gasté otros 150 PLN (44 dólares). Tuve que reponer algunas cosas estándar como toallas de papel, pañuelos de papel, etc., cosas que usamos siempre. Normalmente, hago el menú y la lista de la compra el miércoles por la noche, me despierto a las 6:00 y voy a comprar mientras ella duerme. Hoy no ha sido así porque tengo el oído tapado. No he oído la alarma y me he despertado a las 7:30. Me he vestido rápidamente, he ido a comprar y he llegado a casa a las 8:30.
