Blooming

I woke up on this sunny Sunday morning to find the Bird of Paradise has sprouted a few mor orange and blue stems. Last night it looked liked something was going to happen but this was a surprise. The rose bush behind it continues to bring to life new roses each day. That whole little area is a nice collection now of different colors. We didn't see this last year because we were already back in Poland at this time.

When I bought the tickets for the procession in Lorca they were sold as a 2 day event from the organization Paso Blanco. They sent me a message yesterday and said if I gave them permission to sell those tickets they would give us a new ticket for just Friday with seating for Joan and I in a special section for wheelchairs and they would also refund the ticket price for Thursday. I thought that was a nice thing to offer on their part.

Obudziłem się w ten słoneczny niedzielny poranek, aby zobaczyć, że Ptak Raju wyrósł kilka pędów pomarańczowo-niebieskich. Ostatniej nocy wyglądało na to, że coś się wydarzy, ale to była niespodzianka. Krzew róży za nim codziennie ożywia nowe róże. Ten cały mały obszar jest teraz ładną kolekcją różnych kolorów. Nie widzieliśmy tego w zeszłym roku, ponieważ w tym czasie wróciliśmy już do Polski.

Kiedy kupiłem bilety na procesję w Lorca, zostały sprzedane jako dwudniowe wydarzenie z organizacji Paso Blanco. Wysłali mi wczoraj wiadomość i powiedzieli, że jeśli dam im pozwolenie na sprzedaż tych biletów, dadzą nam nowy bilet na tylko piątek z siedzeniami dla Joan i ja w specjalnej sekcji na wózki inwalidzkie, a oni również zwrócą cenę biletu na czwartek. Pomyślałem, że to fajna rzecz z ich stron
