The Chorizo Chicken Rice dinner was a success. Relatively easy to make with chicken thighs, basmati rain, chorizo, onion, green pepper, chicken stock and garlic. We added a few extra chicken legs and next time will leave out the green pepper. It just didn't seem to fit into the taste of the meal but it is definitely another recipe for Joan's folder. So we have 5 new meals to add to the folder now and next time I hope not to forget the folder.
I'm writing this early, 9:45, because at 13:00 Carmen will pick us up and drive us to Alicante to get a rental car. Then it will be time to make the decision about tonight, to go to Lorca or not. It's been raining since I woke up ay 8:00 and shows no sign of letting up but the forecast for Lorca says it will stop by 16:00 and not resume until 23:00. If that's true, the procession will happen and we should go. If the forecast is wrong and it does rain between those hours, we are going to get very wet without any protective rain cover. What to do?
Last evening a nice rainbow appeared about 19:00 and I took some pictures of it and the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow in my life, Joan.
