Today marked our last day with our hygienist, Karolina. Over the past months, it has been a true pleasure to have her visit every Friday to care for Joan. She always made sure Joan was comfortable and well cared for, helping her shower, washing her hair, and taking care of all the little details that helped maintain her hygiene and dignity.
Karolina's kind heart, gentle manner, and ever-present smile made her visits something we genuinely looked forward to at the end of each week. She brought not only professional care but also warmth and compassion into our home, and her presence made a real difference in both Joan's life and mine.
We are deeply grateful for everything she has done and for the kindness she showed throughout her time with us. Her departure also means that these responsibilities now return to my shoulders. I will certainly miss her help, her cheerful personality, and the reassurance of knowing Joan was in such caring hands every Friday.
