3 Days.

Joan's been having a rough time these past few days. Since Wednesday, she's had trouble staying awake during the day, isn't sleeping well at night, and has been eating very little. She's also having difficulty swallowing. I tried to schedule an appointment with our neurologist, but the earliest available slot is September 5th.

Today, she woke up with a severe toothache that hasn't gone away. We were able to get a "walk-in" appointment with the dentist at 6:30 PM, but there were no available rooms, so we had to wait for almost an hour and a half. The dentist determined the tooth needs to be extracted, but it's infected, so she'll need to take antibiotics for the next three days. The extraction is scheduled for Monday at 11:45 AM.

I hate seeing her in any pain, but I'm more concerned about the symptoms she's been experiencing, especially the ones I mentioned at the beginning.

 Przez ostatnie kilka dni Joan przeżywała ciężkie chwile. Od środy ma problemy z zasypianiem w ciągu dnia, nie śpi dobrze w nocy i bardzo mało je. Ma również trudności z przełykaniem. Próbowałem umówić się na wizytę u naszego neurologa, ale najwcześniejszy dostępny termin to 5 września.

Dziś obudziła się z silnym bólem zęba, który nie ustępuje. Udało nam się umówić na wizytę u dentysty o 18:30, ale nie było wolnych sal, więc musieliśmy czekać prawie półtorej godziny. Dentysta stwierdził, że ząb wymaga ekstrakcji, ale jest zainfekowany, więc będzie musiała przyjmować antybiotyki przez następne trzy dni. Ekstrakcja jest zaplanowana na poniedziałek o 11:45.

Nienawidzę widzieć jej w bólu, ale bardziej niepokoją mnie objawy, których doświadcza, zwłaszcza te, o których wspomniałem na początku.
