Multikino 51

One of the first movie theatres we went to when we moved here was Multikino 51. Now, it will be no more.

The die has been cast: the land on Królowej Jadwigi Street, where Multikino 51 is located, has been sold to Wroclaw developer Develia. The building will be demolished and residential buildings will be built on the site.  The area with Multikino 51 sold. 

As the "project investor" portal reports, the plot the developer bought is slightly 1.5 hectares in size - this is the area where the Multikino building and parking lot are located. In July of this year, the current owner of the building applied for its demolition. The purchaser of the site will pay more than 57 million zlotys gross for it, and now residential buildings with seven commercial units on the first floor are to be built on it. There are to be about 360 apartments.

Jednym z pierwszych kin, do których poszliśmy, kiedy się tu przeprowadziliśmy, było Multikino 51. Teraz już go nie będzie.

Kości zostały rzucone: działka przy ulicy Królowej Jadwigi, na której znajduje się Multikino 51, została sprzedana wrocławskiemu deweloperowi Develia. Budynek zostanie wyburzony, a na jego miejscu powstaną budynki mieszkalne.  Teren z Multikinem 51 sprzedany. 

Jak informuje portal "inwestor projektu", działka, którą kupił deweloper ma powierzchnię nieco 1,5 hektara - to teren, na którym znajduje się budynek Multikina i parking. W lipcu tego roku obecny właściciel budynku złożył wniosek o jego rozbiórkę. Nabywca terenu zapłaci za niego ponad 57 mln zł brutto, a teraz mają na nim powstać budynki mieszkalne z siedmioma lokalami usługowymi na piętrze. Ma tam powstać około 360 mieszkań.
