Eye doc.

An early appointment at the opthamologist for Joan so we left home at 9:30AM and arrived at 10.  After a short wait we went into the office where she had her eyes examined and talked with the doctor, an acquaintance of ours.  She just returned from a trip to Kenya with her family and said she was surprised that everybody there spoke in English.  I was kind of surprised to, I thought they would speak in French or German but that isn't the case.  Her young son enjoyed the trip because they went on the traditional safari and he saw a lot of "wild" animals native to that country.

In the afternoon I spent some hours working on the memorization of something I wrote for this weeks lesson and then had an interesting chat with a cousin in Michigan.

Tomorrow's a busy day of conversations for both Joan and I until 1PM and then I have another at 6PM with a new person.

Byłam trochę zaskoczona, myślałam, że mówią po francusku lub niemiecku, ale to nie jest. Jej syn cieszył się podróż bo poszedł na tradycyjnym safari i widział wiele "dzikich" zwierząt pochodzi z tego kraju.

W godzinach popołudniowych spędziłam kilka godzin pracy na zapamiętanie coś napisałem do tej lekcji tygodnie, a następnie miała ciekawe rozmowy z kuzynem w Michigan.

Jutro całym dniu rozmów, zarówno dla Joan i aż godzina trzynasta, a potem jeszcze jeden na godzina osiemnasta z nową osobą.
