 The tenement house on Liberty Square was built in 1911. For the past few years, Poznań residents have associated it as the building with the clock, under which they liked to meet. It has been standing empty since April, but it's only a matter of time.

Investor Piotr Wit Voelkel has decided to develop it. In addition to apartments of more than 25 sqm, there will be an open garden inside, announces Agata Olszynska of VOX Capital Group.

We will have an open green patio. Inside, we plan to put a piece of artwork that will invite people in and make them have a nice time. There will also be restaurants on the first floor,” announces Agata Olszyńska.

The investors announce that during the reconstruction, the historic staircases and first floor will be preserved, which can be enjoyed by visiting the former bank.

A courtyard will be opened up. There will be no operating room, and all communication to the service units and apartments on the first floor will be through the entrance hall,” says Olszynska.

In addition to the interior and facade of the building, the famous clock will also change. Its original will go to Warsaw's neon museum, and an energy-efficient replica will be built in its place. Kamienica przy placu Wolności powstała w 1911 roku. Przez ostatnie lata poznaniacy kojarzyli ją jako budynek z zegarem, pod którym lubili się spotykać. Od kwietnia stoi pusta, ale to tylko kwestia czasu.

Inwestor Piotr Wit Voelkel postanowił go zagospodarować. Oprócz mieszkań o powierzchni ponad 25 mkw. w środku znajdzie się także otwarty ogród - zapowiada Agata Olszyńska z grupy kapitałowej VOX.

Będziemy mieli otwarte zielone patio. W środku planujemy umieścić dzieło sztuki, które będzie zapraszało do środka i sprawi, że miło spędzimy tu czas. Na parterze będą też restauracje - zapowiada Agata Olszyńska.

Inwestorzy zapowiadają, że podczas przebudowy zachowane zostaną zabytkowe klatki schodowe i parter, które będzie można podziwiać odwiedzając dawny bank.

Otworzymy dziedziniec. Nie będzie sali operacyjnej, a cała komunikacja do lokali usługowych i mieszkań na parterze będzie odbywać się przez hol wejściowy - mówi Olszyńska.

Oprócz wnętrza i elewacji kamienicy zmieni się także słynny zegar. Jego oryginał trafi do warszawskiego muzeum neonów, a na jego miejscu powstanie energooszczędna replika. Inwestor czeka na wydanie pozwolenia na budowę. Inwestycja powinna zakończyć się w ciągu dwóch lat. Źródło-Radio Poznań
