Bags

Doing food shopping is a little different that in America. There is no one to pack your food into bags and, in fact, in the store we shop at there are no bags available. Everyone brings there own, usually plastic but more of the "environmental" cloth bags are showing up. Joan stays at the counter and I go to the end to wait the arrival of the paid for products. We usually take 3 bags with us, mostly for the convenience of separating the foods. It doesn't take long and we are quite use to it now altough it seemed strange the first few times we shopped. They do sell the plastic bags at the counter in case you forgot yours. This is mainly in the large shopping center stores. In all of the smaller stores we go to, for example for bread, meat, vegetables they do have bags that they give you.

To nie bierze długo i jesteśmy całkiem użyciem do tego teraz altough to wydawało się dziwnym pierwsze mało czasów, które robiliśmy zakupy. Oni sprzedają torebki plastikowe przy ladzie w przypadku zapomniałeś twój. To jest głównie w wielkich sklepach centrum handlowego. We wszystkich z mniejszych sklepów idziemy do, na przykład dla chleba, mięsa, roślin oni mają torby, że oni dają ciebie.
