Citadella Park.

With sunny skies this morning, after breakfast, we went to Citadella. Fortunately, the handicapped space was available so we parked there near the entrance. We always park at the back entrance across the street from residential houses. 

On the walk-in, I stopped and took some pictures of the flowers. Many of them we have seen before but there were a few new ones. One in particular caught my eye. It looked like a tulip but the ends of the petals looked like they had a fringe on them. You can see it in the pictures I took. It's the first picture you will see, yellow.

We spent about three hours there walking around about half of the park. I checked out some of the military museums and found it interesting that the restaurant there, Umbertos, now has an area called the "Chill area". You can buy your coffee or whatever and then take it to the area where they have tables and chairs spread around on a grassy area and chill out.

After pushing Joan around for that amount of time, I was getting a little tired so we returned to our car and went home. I connected the camera to the large-screen TV to show Joan the pictures I had taken. They turned out very nice.

Dziś rano, przy słonecznym niebie, po śniadaniu pojechaliśmy do Cytadeli. Na szczęście było wolne miejsce dla niepełnosprawnych, więc zaparkowaliśmy blisko wejścia. Zawsze parkujemy przy tylnym wejściu, naprzeciwko domów mieszkalnych. 

Podczas spaceru zatrzymałem się i zrobiłem kilka zdjęć kwiatów. Wiele z nich widzieliśmy już wcześniej, ale było też kilka nowych. Jeden szczególnie przykuł moją uwagę. Wyglądał jak tulipan, ale końce płatków wyglądały, jakby miały grzywkę. Możesz go zobaczyć na zdjęciach, które zrobiłem. 

Spędziliśmy tam około trzech godzin, spacerując po połowie parku. Sprawdziłem kilka muzeów wojskowych i odkryłem, że tamtejsza restauracja, Umbertos, ma teraz obszar zwany "strefą relaksu". 

Można tam kupić kawę lub cokolwiek innego, a następnie zabrać ją do miejsca, w którym znajdują się stoliki i krzesła rozłożone na trawiastym terenie i odpocząć. Po tak długim pchaniu Joan dookoła, byłem trochę zmęczony, więc wróciliśmy do samochodu i pojechaliśmy do domu. Podłączyłem aparat do telewizora z dużym ekranem, aby pokazać Joan zrobione przeze mnie zdjęcia. Wyszły bardzo dobrze.
