New building.

For several months, excavators were taking out the earth from here and building the underground levels of the skyscraper. Finally, however, the silhouette of the Industrial building, which is being built at the Rataje roundabout in Poznań, began to emerge from behind the fence. This is what it looks like here now.

Industrial, because that is what the new office building is to be called, will definitely change the face of the area around the Rataje roundabout. Thanks to its height of 60 meters - almost as high as the Bałtyk office building at Kaponiera - it will dominate the space. The building's shape will slightly obscure the silhouette of the architecturally uninteresting Posnania. It will also draw attention with its unusual form. The building will be associated with several cuboids stacked on top of each other. The building designed by Easst Architects will have fifteen floors, which will include offices. Its elevation will be made of aluminum and steel composites.

Industrial will not be the only tall building in this location. The local development plan allows for the construction of a 100-meter tower in the immediate vicinity.

 Przez kilka miesięcy koparki wywoziły stąd ziemię i budowały podziemne kondygnacje wieżowca. W końcu jednak zza ogrodzenia zaczęła wyłaniać się sylwetka industrialnego budynku, który powstaje przy rondzie Rataje w Poznaniu. Tak to teraz wygląda.

Industrial, bo tak ma się nazywać nowy biurowiec, zdecydowanie zmieni oblicze okolic ronda Rataje. Dzięki wysokości 60 metrów - niemal tak wysokiej jak biurowiec Bałtyk przy Kaponierze - zdominuje przestrzeń. Bryła budynku nieco przysłoni sylwetkę nieciekawej architektonicznie Posnanii. Będzie też zwracał uwagę swoją nietypową formą. Budynek będzie kojarzył się z kilkoma prostopadłościanami ustawionymi jeden na drugim. Budynek zaprojektowany przez pracownię Easst Architects będzie miał piętnaście kondygnacji, na których znajdą się biura. Jego elewacja zostanie wykonana z kompozytów aluminium i stali.

Industrial nie będzie jedynym wysokim budynkiem w tej lokalizacji. Miejscowy plan zagospodarowania przestrzennego dopuszcza budowę 100-metrowej wieży w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie.
