Walk

Sun!!!! Sun!!! We just had to go out for a walk today. The sun was out, such a rare occurrence lately we didn't want to miss the chance. We walked down Międzychodzka street to see the progress being made on the new luxuary apartment building at the end of the street. Even with the financial crisis new buildings are continuing to be built. An acquaintance of mine told me that even with all of the building that has taken place in the last few years in Poznań, there's still a 30% deficit of apartments needed for people. What I don't understand is how can people afford to buy them at the rate they charge. Here in Poznań it's 7-12,000 zl per square meter and that is awfully high.

But the building is progressing. They are ready to start building the third floor and the building should be completed this year.

We didn't go to far on our walk, it's still cold even with the sun out.

Słońce!!!! Słońce!!! Właśnie musieliśmy wyjść dla spaceru dzisiaj. Słońce było poza, takie rzadkie wydarzenie ostatnio nie chcieliśmy chybić szansy. Zeszliśmy Międzychodzka ulicę by zobaczyć postęp będący zrobiony na nowym luxuary bloku mieszkalnym przy końcu ulicy. Nawet z kryzysem finansowym nowe budynki nadal są zbudowane. Znajomość mojego powiedziała mi, że nawet z wszystkim o budowie, które miało miejsce w ostatnich kilku latach w Poznań, tam jest ciche 30% deficytu apartamentów potrzebnych dla ludzi. Co nie rozumiem jest jak mogę ludzie dostarczają kupić ich w tempie, które oni naliczą. Tutaj w Poznań to jest 7-12,000 zl przez metr kwadratowy i który jest strasznie wysoki.

Ale budowa posuwa się naprzód. Oni są gotowi by zacząć budowę trzeciej podłogi i budowa powinno być uzupełnione tego roku.

Nie poszliśmy do daleko na naszym spacerze, to jest jeszcze zimne nawet ze słońcem poza.
