Back to the heat, 33c(92F), and it isn't even summer yet. Today is a day for ice cold tea,
cold water packs on the neck and head. That's what I did for Joan.
I learned about a new restaurant not far from us on Kościelna street, Kuchnia Humbis. It is a restaurant with Lebanese cuisine. I was told the food is very good, plentiful and all prepared while you wait. Usually it takes 1/2 hour to be served. The prices are not high so we will try it in the future.
It's just too hot to write more.
Powrót do upału, 33c (92F), a jeszcze nie jest jeszcze lato. Dzisiaj jest dzień na mrożoną herbatę, zimne paczki na szyi i głowie. Tak zrobiłem dla Joan.
Dowiedziałem się o nowej restauracji niedaleko nas na ulicy Kościelnej, Kuchnia Humbis. Jest to restauracja z kuchnią libańską. Powiedziano mi, że jedzenie jest bardzo dobre, obfite i wszystko przygotowane podczas oczekiwania. Zwykle obsługa trwa 1/2 godziny. Ceny nie są wysokie, więc spróbujemy w przyszłości.
Po prostu jest za gorąco pisać więcej.

ReplyDeleteDavid, have you considered a portable a/c unit? Does not have to be in the window, just vents outside a window. They are not that expensive ($150 - $300, depending on how many BTUs). And you can move them from room to room.
