Herbs and House.

I'm acquainted with a rather notable Japanese acupuncturist from New York. He also is a knowledgeable person about Chinese herbal medicines. He learned about my problem with the 3 stones I have in my gall bladder and that I am on a waiting list to have surgery to have them removed. He has been successful in treating patients with stones using herbs so today a package arrived with two bottles of the herbs that he uses to treat clients.

Yoshihiro Yamaguchi is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of New York as well as his native land of Japan. He is also certified in Chinese Herbology by the N.C.C.A.O.M.

From 1965 to 1972, Yoshihiro Yamaguchi attended universities in Japan, the United States and England. He graduated from Hokkaido Acupuncture School in 1975. In addition to his education, he had the great fortune of being the apprentice of the best known acupuncture master of Taiwan at that time, Master Lin Chin Yung.

After becoming licensed in Japan, Yoshihiro Yamaguchi moved to the United States, where he now has around 30 years of experience and clinical expertise. He has served as Chief Acupuncture Practitioner and Supervisor at such medical facilities as the Atkins Center for Complementary Medicine and the Ronald Hoffman Holistic Center. He currently conducts his own practice in Midtown Manhattan, located conveniently at 161West 54th Street.

I started taking the herbs today. They taste horrible, mixed in warm water like making tea but if they work then surgery will not be necessary. I hope they do.

We had our weekly meeting with Zbyszek at Kandulski's. He asked if we were still looking for a house and I told him not really. He has a friend who does not want to sell his house but he is interested in talking to us to see if we would want to rent his house for an extended period of time if the conditions were right. He's known about us for some time from Zbyszek and believes we are what he is looking for in tenants. The house is not in Poznań, it's east of Leszno, about an hour south of here in the country. It's relatively new, in great shape and is a high standard house. It's way to big for us, around 200 meters so that is one factor against a decision to rent it plus we like where we live now in Poznań. Still, we told Zbyszek we would agree to at least talk with the owner and see what he has to offer. It can't hurt to talk although it is highly unlikely we would make another move now that we are happy with our flat and being in Poznań. Two years ago we might have done it but now it is almost certainly not in our plans.

I have added two blogs to my Blog List on the right side. The first is Poznań New Sensations and the second is City Torun. I added them because they have new pictures of these cities all the time and I think they are interesting to see.

Ma przyjaciela, który nie chce sprzedać swój dom, ale on jest zainteresowana rozmową z nami, aby sprawdzić, czy chcielibyśmy wynająć domu na dłuższy czas, jeżeli odpowiednie warunki. Jest znany o nas przez jakiś czas od Zbyszka i uważa, jesteśmy tym, co szuka w lokatorów. Dom nie jest w Poznaniu, to na wschód od Leszna, około godziny południe tutaj w kraju. Jest to stosunkowo nowe, w świetnej kondycji i wysoki standard domu. Jest to sposób na duże dla nas około 200 metrów, tak, że jest jednym z czynników od decyzji o wynajęcie go oraz chcemy, gdzie żyjemy teraz w Poznaniu. Still, powiedzieliśmy Zbyszek nie zgadzamy się przynajmniej porozmawiać z właścicielem i zobaczyć, co ma do zaoferowania. Nie zaszkodzi porozmawiać chociaż jest mało prawdopodobne, byśmy dokonać innego przenieść się teraz, że jesteśmy zadowoleni z naszego mieszkania i są w Poznaniu. Dwa lata temu możemy to zrobić, ale teraz jest to prawie na pewno nie w naszych planach.
