Autumn day.

 One more nice autumn day. It won't be long before the cold begins so, taking advantage of it, we put on our masks and sat in front of Empik drinking coffee in the afternoon. All of the tables are socially distanced and there were only 4 other people there. The Plac was almost devoid of people and after 1 /1/2 hours,we returned to our car in time for me to be home and Skype with Carmelo from Spain. 

It's always pleasant to speak with him in Spanish. He is always smiling and we have a good time talking to one another. Usually,  it's about the virus, a little politics, what's happening in his life and weather, and today the Spanish government discussing how to reduce retirement payments.

Earlier, Joan did cognitive exercises for an hour and then we went for a walk. No PT today, it's her day of rest.

Jeszcze jeden miły jesienny dzień. Już niedługo zacznie się chłód, więc korzystając z tego, włożyliśmy maski i po południu zasiedliśmy przed Empikiem popijając kawę. Wszystkie stoły są społecznie zdystansowane i były tam tylko 4 inne osoby. Plac był prawie pozbawiony ludzi i po 1/1/2 godzina, wróciliśmy do samochodu na czas, abym był w domu i Skype z Carmelo z Hiszpanii.

Zawsze miło jest z nim rozmawiać po hiszpańsku. Zawsze się uśmiecha i miło spędzamy czas ze sobą rozmawiając. Zwykle chodzi o wirusa, trochę polityki, to, co dzieje się w jego życiu i pogodzie, a dziś hiszpański rząd dyskutuje o tym, jak zmniejszyć wypłaty emerytalne.

Wcześniej Joan przez godzinę wykonywała ćwiczenia poznawcze, a potem poszliśmy na spacer. Dzisiaj nie ma PT, to jej dzień odpoczynku.

Un bonito día de otoño más. No pasará mucho tiempo antes de que empiece el frío, así que, aprovechándolo, nos ponemos las máscaras y nos sentamos frente a Empik a tomar café por la tarde. Todas las mesas están socialmente distanciadas y solo había otras 4 personas allí. El Plac estaba casi desprovisto de gente y después del 1/2 horas,  volvimos a nuestro auto a tiempo para que yo estuviera en casa y por Skype con Carmelo de España.

Siempre es agradable hablar con él en español. Siempre está sonriendo y nos lo pasamos bien hablando entre nosotros. Por lo general, se trata del virus, un poco de política, lo que está pasando en su vida y el clima, y hoy el gobierno español está discutiendo cómo reducir los pagos de jubilación.

Antes, Joan hizo ejercicios cognitivos durante una hora y luego salimos a caminar. Hoy no hay fisioterapia, es su día de descanso.
