Test day.

The clouds last night were beautiful. I took some pictures.

So, today was the first test day of my last 7 lessons. I spent more time on Polish than Spanish for the last 5 days than I have all year.  My regular assignment was to write about the Black Lives Matter movement and that took some time to find all the Polish words I needed. I had 88 new words to learn so I made a set of flashcards on the laptop to use. That took some time typing those out, first in English and then in Polish. I like the possibility of making your own flashcards in the program, Quizlet. It also takes those words and puts them into 5 other learning sub-programs called, Learn, Write. Spell, Test, and Match.

In Learn, it keeps track of each word you see in 3 categories, Remaining, Familiar, and Know Well. Remaining subtracts one count when you answer correctly and adds one count to Familiar. When you answer the same word twice as it goes through the list, it adds it to Know Well. When you answer wrongly, nothing changes. You keep trying until all words are in the Know Well checkbox.

In Write, it gives you the word in English and you have to spell it correctly in Polish. It can work for most languages.

In Spell, it gives you the word orally, and then you have to spell it out. Good for listening.

In Test, you have 5 written, 5 matching, 5 multiple choice, and 5 True/False questions.

Match is a game with 6 Polish written words and 6 English equivalent words all mixed up. With your cursor, you move the English word box onto the Polish word. If it is right it disappears. There is a stopwatch to see how long it tasks you.

Tak więc dzisiaj był pierwszy dzień testowy z moich ostatnich 7 lekcji. Spędziłem więcej czasu na języku polskim niż hiszpańskim przez ostatnie 5 dni niż przez cały rok. Moim stałym zadaniem było pisanie o ruchu Black Lives Matter i znalezienie wszystkich potrzebnych polskich słów zajęło mi trochę czasu. Miałem do nauczenia się 88 nowych słów, więc stworzyłem zestaw fiszek na laptopie do wykorzystania. Pisanie ich zajęło trochę czasu, najpierw po angielsku, a potem po polsku. Podoba mi się możliwość tworzenia własnych fiszek w programie Quizlet. Bierze również te słowa i umieszcza je w 5 innych podprogramach uczenia się o nazwie „Ucz się, pisz”. Literuj, testuj i dopasowuj.

W aplikacji Learn śledzi każde słowo, które widzisz w 3 kategoriach: Pozostałe, Znajome i Dobrze znane. Pozostałe odejmują jedną liczbę, gdy odpowiesz poprawnie, i dodaje jedną liczbę do Znajomych. Kiedy odpowiadasz na to samo słowo dwa razy podczas przeglądania listy, dodaje je do Know Well. Kiedy odpowiesz źle, nic się nie zmienia. Próbujesz dalej, aż wszystkie słowa znajdą się w polu wyboru Know Well.

W trybie Write daje słowo w języku angielskim i trzeba je poprawnie przeliterować po polsku. Może działać w większości języków.

W Spell daje ci słowo ustnie, a następnie musisz je przeliterować. Dobry do słuchania.

W teście masz 5 pytań pisemnych, 5 dopasowań, 5 pytań wielokrotnego wyboru i 5 pytań prawda / fałsz.

Match to gra polegająca na pomieszaniu 6 polskich słów pisanych i 6 angielskich odpowiedników. Za pomocą kursora przenosisz pole angielskie słowo na polskie słowo. Jeśli to prawda, znika. Jest stoper, aby zobaczyć, jak długo cię zadaje.

Entonces, hoy fue el primer día de prueba de mis últimas 7 lecciones. Pasé más tiempo en polaco que en español durante los últimos 5 días que en todo el año. Mi tarea habitual era escribir sobre el movimiento Black Lives Matter y me llevó algún tiempo encontrar todas las palabras en polaco que necesitaba. Tenía 88 palabras nuevas que aprender, así que hice un conjunto de tarjetas en la computadora portátil para usar. Eso me llevó un tiempo escribirlos, primero en inglés y luego en polaco. Me gusta la posibilidad de hacer tus propias flashcards en el programa Quizlet. También toma esas palabras y las coloca en otros 5 subprogramas de aprendizaje llamados Aprender, Escribir. Deletrear, probar y combinar.

En Learn, realiza un seguimiento de cada palabra que ve en 3 categorías, Restante, Familiar y Conoce bien. El resto resta un conteo cuando responde correctamente y suma un conteo a Familiar. Cuando responde la misma palabra dos veces a medida que pasa por la lista, la agrega a Know Well. Cuando respondes mal, nada cambia. Siga intentándolo hasta que todas las palabras estén en la casilla de verificación Know Well.

En Write, te da la palabra en inglés y debes deletrearla correctamente en polaco. Puede funcionar para la mayoría de los idiomas.

En Spell, te da la palabra oralmente y luego tienes que deletrearla. Bueno para escuchar.

En la prueba, tiene 5 preguntas escritas, 5 concordantes, 5 opciones múltiples y 5 preguntas de verdadero / falso.

Match es un juego con 6 palabras escritas en polaco y 6 palabras equivalentes en inglés, todas mezcladas. Con el cursor, mueve el cuadro de palabras en inglés a la palabra en polaco. Si está bien, desaparece. Hay un cronómetro para ver cuánto tiempo le cuesta.
