In the U.S., seeing a bird called a robin is a sign of spring. I suppose the storks returning to their nests is the sign here. We saw two of them today in a little village north of Pozna艅, sitting in their nest atop an electric pole. The nests are huge in size and not easy to mistake if you are looking for them.
It was a beautiful day, sunny, even warm with little clouds so we took a short ride before we did our shopping for the week. Cost for this week's food was 107zl($35) including the extra food items for Easter Sunday. Joan and I will be spending it alone at home. Tomorrow begins the four day holiday and I expect it will be rather quiet in the neighborhood with people going to spend the holiday with relatives.
