The house and..Let's help Bree.

Autumn is here as witnessed by the golden rod in all the fields and some trees already changed in colors.

The house I was talking about is not ready for building, it is a future house for 2020 but in talking with the representative inside the house there is no heating system yet for this type of house.  It is only an idea of a modular design.  I think it would be more likely suited to places like Spain with much warmer climates than Poland.  Many houses here are built from bricks or concrete blocks and it seems unlikely that will give way to glass houses.  Then there is also the issue of privacy in glass houses and that is another factor against the average person building such a house.  Also cost is a factor although I could not be told what the cost would be.  You can see more of the house in the slideshow. 

Actually it is part of an exhibition called Wielkopolska House 2020.  It's about modules for future use but it also includes new designs in furniture and appliances.  Some of these you can view in the slideshow.  The exhibition brings together students and graduates from three different Poznań universities, the Poznań University of Technology, the Poznań University of Life Sciences and the Academy of Fine Arts.  All in all, it was worth the trip back to the Plac on such a beautiful day, Perfect Day 5.

Young cousin, Bree Dittenber from Michigan, is in a contest in one of her classes in school to see who can get the most post cards and from the farthest distance away.  We can help her win if you send a postcard from wherever you are now.  Joan and I will help by sending a card Monday from Poznań and Wednesday from Malaga and Granada, Spain.

W domu, o czym mówiłem nie jest gotowa do budowy, to jest przyszłość domu w 2020 r., ale rozmowy z przedstawicielem w domu nie ma ogrzewania jeszcze do tego typu domu. To jest tylko pomysł na modułową. Myślę, że byłoby to bardziej prawdopodobne, nadaje się do miejsc takich jak Hiszpania z dużo cieplejszym klimacie niż Polska. Wiele domów tutaj są zbudowane z cegieł i bloczków betonowych i wydaje się mało prawdopodobne, że ustąpią szklane domy. Pozostaje jeszcze kwestia prywatności w szklanym domu i jest to kolejny czynnik przed przeciętny człowiek budowy takiego domu. Również koszt jest czynnikiem, choć nie powiedział, jakie mogą być koszty będzie. Możesz zobaczyć więcej z domu w pokazie slajdów.

W rzeczywistości jest to część wystawy w Wielkopolsce Dom 2020. Chodzi o moduły do wykorzystania w przyszłości, ale także nowe wzory mebli i sprzętów. Niektóre z nich można oglądać w pokazie slajdów. Wystawa skupia studentów i absolwentów trzech uczelni Poznania, Politechniki Poznańskiej, Poznań Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczego i Akademii Sztuk Pięknych. W sumie, to było warte podróży z powrotem na Plac na tak piękny dzień, Perfect Day 5.
