Anonymous-good idea!

Talking with my conversation partner from Spain is good because the DVD course Joan and I use is done by someone using Spanish from South America or Mexico and  some words used there have a different word used in Spain. Reviewing each lesson with Julio, from Spain, he tells me which words should be changed to the \Spanish form so we are understood when we make our next trip there. It's always a problem trying to decide where to stay in Spain. We absolutely like Andalusia so we have never visited northern Spain but I would like to see it, especially the Guggenheim art museum in Bilbao. I think the design of that building is very unique. Also, Julio lives in northern Spain so maybe it would be an opportunity to actually meet him in person but then we would miss seeing our two lady friends in Estepona. What a dilemma!

We had our usual meeting with Zbyszek today, talked about the possibility of England leaving the EU and the problems it would present not only for England but also for all of Europe. I can understand the points of those who want to leave and their reasons and sometimes I think they are the same for Poland. 26 countries are in the EU but it is not an equal sharing, Germany and France have most of the power and the other countries are only told what to do. If England does leave, |I think others will follow. Yes, the EU has given Poland a lot of money for renovations, new roads and buildings but that has not come without a price. To the north, Krynica Morska has had the waterfront renovated, the water system renewed and other things but wages have not increased much while the cost of everything has increased so much that families are moving away from that town to seek work. Where there were once many children in the first year of school, this year there will be only 5.  Of course, the big cities like Warsaw, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Kraków and Poznań are doing well but the small towns and villages suffer because the money goes into the bigger cities normally.

Mieliśmy nasz zwykły spotkanie z Zbyszek dzisiaj, rozmawiałem o możliwości Anglii pozostawiając UE i problemów byłoby obecna nie tylko w Anglii, ale także dla całej Europy. Mogę zrozumieć punkty tych, którzy chcą wyjechać i ich powody i czasami myślę, że są one takie same dla Polski. 26 kraje są w UE, ale nie jest to równy podział, Niemcy i Francja mają większość energii i inne kraje są tylko powiedział, co robić. Jeśli Anglia nie opuszcza, | myślę, że inni pójdą. Tak, Unia dała Polsce dużo pieniędzy na remonty, nowych dróg i budynków, ale to nie przychodzi bez ceny.
