Cheesecake.

So, today was the day to try the new cheesecake recipe. Thanks to Kamila, I had all the ingredients taken out of the refrigerator by 9 AM. Finally, at 13:00 I started the process of mixing everything, followed the baking times, temperatures, and now it sits in the oven for one more hour. Then I take it out and put it into the refrigerator until Tuesday. I hope it comes out well. I'm always skeptical when I try something new.

Więc dziś był dzień na wypróbowanie nowego przepisu na sernik. Dzięki Kamili, już o 9 rano miałem wszystkie składniki wyjęte z lodówki. W końcu o 13:00 zacząłem proces łączenia wszystkiego, przestrzegałem czasu pieczenia, temperatury i teraz siedzi w piekarniku jeszcze przez godzinę. Potem go wyjmę i włożę do lodówki do wtorku. Mam nadzieję, że wyjdzie dobrze. Zawsze jestem sceptyczny, gdy próbuję czegoś nowego.

Así que hoy era el día de probar la nueva receta de tarta de queso. Gracias a Kamila, a las 9 de la mañana ya tenía todos los ingredientes sacados de la nevera. Finalmente, a las 13:00 empecé el proceso de mezclar todo, seguí los tiempos de cocción, las temperaturas, y ahora está en el horno durante una hora más. Luego lo saco y lo meto en la nevera hasta el martes. Espero que salga bien. Siempre soy escéptica cuando pruebo algo nuevo.
