Vaccination certificate.

 I read the good news that the European Commission will start issuing "EU Digital Covid-19" certificates starting July 1st. 

“Three types of certificates will be available free of charge and on paper or digitally; one attesting vaccination with an EU-approved shot, one showing negative test results, and one for people who have recovered from a COVID-19 infection,” the official said.

Once fully implemented, the plan will oblige Member States to refrain from imposing additional travel restrictions on the holders of an EU Digital COVID Certificate, unless they are necessary and proportionate to safeguard public health. Entirely free of charge, the certificate will be available in digital and paper-based format.

Basically, it means any EU citizen will be able to travel to any EU country provided they have the certificate. It is the result of decreasing numbers of Covid cases in the EU countries. In Poland, we had 1,075 new cases and 46 deaths yesterday.

Przeczytałem dobrą wiadomość, że od 1 lipca Komisja Europejska zacznie wydawać certyfikaty "EU Digital Covid-19". 

"Trzy rodzaje certyfikatów będą dostępne bezpłatnie, w formie papierowej lub cyfrowej; jeden potwierdzający szczepienie zatwierdzoną przez UE szczepionką , jeden pokazujący negatywne wyniki testów i jeden dla osób, które wyzdrowiały po zakażeniu COVID-19" - powiedział urzędnik.

Po pełnym wdrożeniu planu, państwa członkowskie będą zobowiązane do powstrzymania się od nakładania dodatkowych ograniczeń w podróżowaniu na posiadaczy unijnego cyfrowego certyfikatu COVID, chyba że będą one konieczne i proporcjonalne do ochrony zdrowia publicznego. Certyfikat będzie całkowicie bezpłatny, dostępny w formie cyfrowej i papierowej.

Zasadniczo oznacza to, że każdy obywatel UE będzie mógł podróżować do dowolnego kraju UE pod warunkiem posiadania certyfikatu. Jest to wynik malejącej liczby zachorowań na Covid-19 w krajach UE. W Polsce mieliśmy wczoraj 1075 nowych przypadków i 46 zgonów.

He leído la buena noticia de que la Comisión Europea empezará a expedir certificados "EU Digital Covid-19" a partir del 1 de julio. 

"Habrá tres tipos de certificados disponibles de forma gratuita y en papel o digitalmente; uno que acredite la vacunación con una vacuna aprobada por la UE, otro que muestre los resultados negativos de las pruebas y otro para las personas que se hayan recuperado de una infección por COVID-19", dijo el funcionario.

Una vez que se aplique plenamente, el plan obligará a los Estados miembros a abstenerse de imponer restricciones de viaje adicionales a los titulares de un certificado digital COVID de la UE, a menos que sean necesarias y proporcionadas para salvaguardar la salud pública. Totalmente gratuito, el certificado estará disponible en formato digital y en papel.

Básicamente, significa que cualquier ciudadano de la UE podrá viajar a cualquier país de la UE siempre que tenga el certificado. Es el resultado de la disminución del número de casos de Covid en los países de la UE. En Polonia, ayer hubo 1.075 nuevos casos y 46 muertes.
