Idiotic!

Today, I had a dentist appointment at 16:30(4:30) on the other side of Poznan where, coincidentally, is the Apteka where I get Joan's diapers. I didn't want to leave her alone while I was gone so I took her with me. 

On the way there I stopped at the Apteka to get the monthly supply of diapers and was very surprised to see the price had changed from 168 PLN to 135 PLN. I don't know why the price changed but I didn't question it.

I also had to buy a new belt so we stopped at Carrefour where they also sell clothing, including belts. I just wanted a plain black belt and found one that I wrapped around my waist to make sure it would work. There was no indication of its length or size. I paid 20 PLN for it.

When the dentist appointment was over, we returned home and I put the belt through the loops in my pants and tried to buckle it. It would not hold the belt together.

Looking at the buckle I discovered they had put the little metal arm to hold the belt UNDER the buckle instead of on the top like it should be and there was no way to buckle the belt. How idiotic can they be? Is there no quality control in the firm that made the belt? The belt, of course, was made in China like so many other Chinese products infecting this country.

Dzisiaj o 16:40 miałem wizytę u dentysty po drugiej stronie Poznania, gdzie przypadkiem jest apteka, w której dostaję pieluchy dla Joan. Nie chciałam zostawiać jej samej na czas mojej nieobecności, więc zabrałem ją ze sobą. 

Po drodze zatrzymałem się w aptece po miesięczny zapas pieluch i bardzo się zdziwiłem, gdy zobaczyłem, że cena zmieniła się ze 168 zł na 135 zł. Nie wiem dlaczego cena się zmieniła, ale nie kwestionowałem tego. 

Musiałem też kupić nowy pasek, więc zatrzymaliśmy się w Carrefourze, gdzie sprzedają również ubrania, w tym paski. Chciałem tylko zwykły czarny pasek i znalazłem taki, który owinąłem wokół mojej talii, żeby się upewnić, że będzie pasował. Nie było żadnej informacji o jego długości ani rozmiarze. Zapłaciłem za niego 20 zł. 

Kiedy wizyta u dentysty dobiegła końca, wróciliśmy do domu, przełożyłem pasek przez szlufki w spodniach i spróbowałem go zapiąć. Pasek nie trzymał.. 

Patrząc na klamrę odkryłem, że umieścili małe metalowe ramię do trzymania paska POD sprzączką zamiast na górze, jak powinno być i nie było sposobu na zapięcie paska. Do jakiego stopnia  można być idiotą? Czy w firmie, która zrobiła ten pasek nie ma kontroli jakości? Pasek, oczywiście, został wyprodukowany w Chinach, jak wiele innych chińskich produktów zalewających ten kraj. 

Z dobrych wieści, styczniowy raport o zatrudnieniu pokazał, że w USA przybyło 467 000 nowych miejsc pracy. Biden stworzył więcej miejsc pracy niż w jakimkolwiek innym roku w historii. Pierwsze 12 miesięcy prezydentury Bidena to najlepszy wynik w historii pod względem tworzenia miejsc pracy. Stopa bezrobocia utrzymuje się na poziomie 4%.

Hoy tenía una cita con el dentista a las 16:30(4:30) en la otra punta de Poznan donde, casualmente, está el Apteka donde compro los pañales de Joan. No quería dejarla sola mientras estaba fuera así que me la llevé conmigo. 

En el camino me detuve en el Apteka para comprar el suministro mensual de pañales y me sorprendió mucho ver que el precio había cambiado de 168 PLN a 135 PLN. No sé por qué cambió el precio, pero no lo cuestioné.

También tenía que comprar un cinturón nuevo, así que paramos en Carrefour, donde también venden ropa, incluidos los cinturones. Sólo quería un cinturón negro liso y encontré uno que me enrollé en la cintura para asegurarme de que funcionaría. No había ninguna indicación sobre la longitud o la talla. Pagué 20 PLN por él.

Cuando terminamos la cita con el dentista, volvimos a casa y pasé el cinturón por las trabillas de los pantalones e intenté abrocharlo. No se sujetaba el cinturón.

Mirando la hebilla descubrí que habían puesto el pequeño brazo metálico para sujetar el cinturón DEBAJO de la hebilla en lugar de en la parte superior como debería ser y no había manera de abrochar el cinturón. ¿Cómo pueden ser tan idiotas? ¿No hay control de calidad en la empresa que fabricó el cinturón? El cinturón, por supuesto, fue fabricado en China como tantos otros productos chinos que infectan este país.
