Landlords

We have a very good landlord now. I called him last Friday to tell him the light above the kitchen sink doesn't work. He came today with a new fixture. and installed it. Our old landlord wasn't like that at all. In our contract now, it actually states that he will respond to an email about a repair within 10 days. If he doesn't,  I can hire someone to fix the problem and he will repay me. 

Joan had another seizure today. The medicine she is taking just doesn't stop them. I sent a message to our neurologist and am waiting for a reply.

Another of the many gray days of winter in Poland. Maybe next month the sun will be visible.

Mamy teraz bardzo dobrego gospodarza. Zadzwoniłem do niego w zeszły piątek, żeby powiedzieć mu, że światło nad zlewem w kuchni nie działa. Przyszedł dzisiaj z nową oprawą i zainstalował ją. Nasz stary właściciel nie był taki w ogóle. W naszej umowie jest teraz napisane, że odpowie na maila w sprawie naprawy w ciągu 10 dni. Jeśli tego nie zrobi, mogę zatrudnić kogoś, kto naprawi problem, a on mi to zwróci. 

Joan miała dziś kolejny atak. Lek, który bierze, po prostu ich nie powstrzymuje. Wysłałem wiadomość do naszego neurologa i czekam na odpowiedź.

Kolejny z wielu szarych dni zimy w Polsce. Może w przyszłym miesiącu będzie widać słońce.

Ahora tenemos un muy buen casero. Le llamé el viernes pasado para decirle que la luz sobre el fregadero de la cocina no funciona. Ha venido hoy con una nueva luminaria y la ha instalado. Nuestro antiguo casero no era así en absoluto. En nuestro contrato ahora, en realidad establece que él responderá a un correo electrónico sobre una reparación dentro de 10 días. Si no lo hace, puedo contratar a alguien para arreglar el problema y él me lo pagará. 

Joan tuvo otro ataque hoy. El medicamento que está tomando no los detiene. He enviado un mensaje a nuestro neurólogo y estoy esperando una respuesta.

Otro de los muchos días grises del invierno en Polonia. Quizá el mes que viene se vea el sol.
