Pork chops.

 As usual for Thursdays, I woke up at 6:45 to get ready to go food shopping at Carrefour, a major supermarket. I arrived at 7:05 and started shopping. Fortunately, there was a woman behind the meat counter where I needed to buy 2 pork chops in order to make cutlets.  It is significant for me to have a woman behind the counter. Why? Because she knows to make the cutlets thin enough to make them more eatable. A man behind the counter will only run the pork chops through the machine that makes them thinner 1 time. They are like eating leather. The woman's version is perfect because she is the one at home who usually makes dinner. It may seem like a small thing but it makes a BIG difference when you cut and eat them.

After 45 minutes I completed my shopping and paid 185 PLN($42). At that time, it only takes 15 minutes to return home.

 Jak zwykle w czwartki, obudziłem się o 6:45, aby przygotować się do zakupów spożywczych w Carrefour, dużym supermarkecie. Przyjechałem o 7:05 i zacząłem zakupy. Na szczęście za ladą mięsną, gdzie musiałem kupić 2 kotlety wieprzowe, aby zrobić kotlety, stała kobieta.  Znacząca jest dla mnie obecność kobiety za ladą. Dlaczego? Bo ona wie, jak zrobić kotlety na tyle cienkie, aby były bardziej jadalne. Mężczyzna za ladą przepuści kotlety tylko 1 raz przez maszynę, która je spłyca. Są jak zjedzona skóra. Wersja dla kobiety jest idealna, bo to ona w domu najczęściej robi obiad. Może się wydawać, że to drobnostka, ale robi WIELKĄ różnicę przy ich krojeniu i jedzeniu.

Po 45 minutach zakończyłem zakupy i zapłaciłem 185 zł(42$). W tym czasie powrót do domu zajmuje tylko 15 minut.
