Nice day and controversy.

Another beautiful day. Joan spent time in the Polish Heritage cookbook finding two new recipes she will try this week, one is cauliflower pie and the other, Pork rollups Cordon Bleu. The pie sounds the strangest to me so it will be interesting to see how it turns out. Yesterday made a nice banana bread that we are eating today.

I found a clinic that uses the McKenzie style of physical therapy recommended by the neuro and made an appointment for Thursday at 1PM. Unfortunately it's a private clinic so I'll have to pay for it but I'll go to the first appointment and assess if it it worth the money charged. I've got to at least try one visit since now I am without no answers to my problem and you are probably getting as tired of hearing about my back problems as I am writing about them.

We're looking forward to our first visit this year to the botanical gardens that open on May 1st.

Inny piękny dzień. Joan spędziła czas w polskiej Dziedzictwa książce kucharskiej znajdującej dwie nowe recepty ona spróbuje tego tygodnia, człowiek jest sroka kalafiora i inny, Wieprzowiny rollups Nagroda Dla Kucharzy. Sroka brzmi najbardziej obce do mnie tak to będzie interesować zobaczyć jak to okazuje się. Wczoraj zrobiony miły chleb bananowy, który jemy dzisiaj.

Znalazłem klinikę, która używa stylu McKenzie fizjoterapii polecanej przez neuro i zrobiła umówiony termin przez czwartek przy 1PM. Niestety to jest prywatna klinika tak będę musiał zapłacić za to ale pójdę do pierwszego umówionego terminu i oszacuję jeżeli to to wart pieniędzy naliczonych. Miałem przynajmniej spróbować jedną wizytę odtąd teraz jestem bez żadnych odpowiedzi mojemu problemowi i prawdopodobnie dostajesz się jak zmęczony słyszenia o moich tylnych problemach jak piszę o nich.

Oczekujemy naszej pierwszej wizyty tego roku ogrodów botanicznych, które otwarty w maju 1..
