Babie Lato.

Another nice day. In Polish it's called...babie lato.

We met with Zbyszek, talked for an hour and returned home. Spent a lot of time studying Spanish. There are several good Spanish courses available in the net. I wish I could say the same for Polish courses. I realize it's not one of the most popular languages in the world bur there should be at least one good course out there. I've tried several and they were all lacking in something. Maybe the best one is Learn Real Polish but it does not go deep enough into the language. Spanish courses courses like Synergy Spanish or Spanish by Paul are much more complete and Synergy Spanish gives you so many materials to work with. We are in our 7th month of a 14 month course and we feel we have learned a lot. No, it's not free but, for us, worth the money. I'm confident we will be speaking in Spanish when we are there in January.

Speaking of that, last night I was checking out flights to and from Spain in January and March on some websites like Cheap Flights and they are NOT cheap. In most cases hey were 2-3 times higher than if you make the reservation directly with an airline like Ryanair. Round trip for Joan and I is 1,600zl from Poznań to Alicante and back.  We'll take a bus from Alicante to our final destination. Average temperature for those 2 months will be a high of 16-18c. Probable flight is January 4th and return March 1st. While we're gone our neighbor will keep an eye on our flat.

Spotkaliśmy się ze Zbyszkiem, rozmawialiśmy godzinę i wróciliśmy do domu. Dużo czasu poświęconego na naukę hiszpańskiego. W sieci jest kilka dobrych kursów języka hiszpańskiego. Chciałbym powiedzieć to samo o kursach polskiego. Zdaję sobie sprawę, że nie jest to jeden z najbardziej popularnych języków świata, ale powinien być co najmniej jeden dobry kurs. Próbowałem kilka i czegoś im brakowało. Może najlepszym z nich jest Learn Real Polish, ale nie zgłębia języka wystarczająco.  Kursy języka hiszpańskiego takie jak Synergy  lub Hiszpański opracowany przez Paul są znacznie bardziej kompletne,  Synergy Spanish daje  wiele materiałów do pracy. Jesteśmy w 7. miesiącu 14-miesięcznego kursu i czujemy, że wiele się nauczyliśmy. Nie, to nie jest kurs bezpłatny, ale dla nas jest  wart swojej ceny. Jestem pewien, że będziemy mówić po hiszpańsku, kiedy w styczniu będziemy w Hiszpanii.

Mówiąc o tym, ostatniej nocy sprawdzałem loty do i z Hiszpanii w styczniu i marcu na niektórych stronach internetowych, takich jak Tanie loty i nie są tanie. W większości przypadków były one 2-3 razy wyższe niż w przypadku dokonywania rezerwacji bezpośrednio z linią lotniczą, taką jak Ryanair. W obie strony dla Joan i mnie  to 1600zl z Poznania do Alicante i z powrotem. Z Alicante weźmiemy autobus do celu podróży. Średnia temperatura w tych dwóch miesiącach będzie wysoka od 16 do 18 c. Prawdopodobny lot to 4 stycznia i powrót  1 marca. Kiedy nas nie będzie, nasz sąsiad będzie miał oko na nasze mieszkanie.
