Latest investment in Poznań.

Beginning in January, a new Hilton hotel will be built on the main street, Święty Marcin 6 / Podgórna 14 Street. There will be 117 rooms (6 of them will be dedicated to people with mobility disabilities). The property will have 6 floors (with underground it will total 8 floors) and nearly 5000 square meters of space. In addition to guest rooms, guests will find there. underground garage, fitness area, conference room, as well as a bar and restaurant.

This will be the first Hampton built by Hilton hotels in Poznan. The value of the investment is PLN 35 million. The contractor is PTB Nickel. The design of the hotel is designed by the Warsaw architectural firm AGK Architekci. The work is due to end next summer. Initially it was assumed that the facade of the building will be modern, in the color of the classic brick. Today, new visualizations show that the building will look different - it will be darker, with other windows. Thanks to that, it will integrate better into the area.

Od stycznia nowy hotel Hilton powstanie przy głównej ulicy ulicy Święty Marcin 6 / Podgórna 14. Będzie 117 pokoi (6 z nich będzie przeznaczonych dla osób z niepełnosprawnością ruchową). Nieruchomość będzie miała 6 pięter (z podziemia będzie łącznie 8 pięter) i prawie 5000 metrów kwadratowych powierzchni. Oprócz pokoi gościnnych, goście znajdą tam. garaż podziemny, siłownia, sala konferencyjna, a także bar i restauracja.


Będzie to pierwszy Hampton zbudowany przez hotele Hilton w Poznaniu. Wartość inwestycji to 35 mln zł. Wykonawcą jest nikiel PTB. Projekt hotelu został zaprojektowany przez warszawską firmę architektoniczną AGK Architekci. Prace mają się zakończyć w przyszłym roku. Początkowo przyjęto, że fasada budynku będzie nowoczesna, w kolorze klasycznej cegły. Dzisiaj nowe wizualizacje pokazują, że budynek wygląda inaczej - będzie ciemniejszy, a inne okna. Dzięki temu lepiej integruje się w tej dziedzinie.
