Nothing exciting.

I read today that the EU is cutting off funds for 6 cities in Poland because they have declared they are LGBTQ free. It will be interesting to see what happens next

Today was a day spent the morning doing puzzles on the internet and then mazes that I downloaded for her. I guess you could say it was a mental morning. The afternoon was the physical therapy part of her day.

I spent time washing dishes, clothes preparing breakfast, and then preparing for tonight's dinner, Salmon with vegetables and salad.

Very appealing-looking meal, you prepared (seen in the headline photo)-- nice presentation of it too (I think there is truth to the old wisdom of color, placement, style of a meal, beyond just the food's nutritional value). If it looks good, we enjoy it beyond just the taste of it. And if it's made with love, we enjoy it even more!!

  2. Hello, Stephanie. Thanks. My son was a chef before he died and taught me about presentation. :-)
