Something new.

Today started with a message from Bartosz that he wanted to come today instead of tomorrow. However, I already had plans for the afternoon that couldn't be changed so I told him it was not possible. It's usually possible to change my plan for a given day but not this time.

The beef stew I made the other day turned out very good, there was just too much of it. We ate it on three different dinner nights. I put some pictures on the right side of this blog.

Tonight is another new soup for me, minestrone soup. Everything was prepared in the morning and put into the crockpot to slow cook for 6 hours. I like that cooking apparatus. It helps that I don't have to spend so much time cooking dinners.

Dzisiejszy dzień zaczął się od wiadomości od Bartosza, że chciałby przyjechać dzisiaj zamiast jutro. Ja jednak miałem już plany na popołudnie, których nie mogłem zmienić, więc powiedziałem mu, że to niemożliwe. Zazwyczaj jest tak, że mogę zmienić plan na dany dzień, ale nie tym razem.

Gulasz wołowy, który zrobiłam poprzedniego dnia okazał się bardzo dobry, było go po prostu za dużo. Zjedliśmy go na trzy różne kolacje. Umieściłam kilka zdjęć po prawej stronie tego bloga.

Dziś wieczorem jest kolejna nowa zupa dla mnie, zupa minestrone. Wszystko przygotowywał w ranku i stawiać w crockpot wolno gotować dla 6 godzin. Lubię ten aparat do gotowania. Pomaga mi to, że nie muszę spędzać tyle czasu na gotowaniu obiadów.
